ABOUT HP3
Empowering Students for a Brighter Future
Helping every Haverhill public school student achieve a true living wage job
What We Do
HP3 is a community-driven public-private partnership committed to preparing students for successful careers and financial independence.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to helping every Haverhill public school student achieve a true living wage job—one that allows them to live comfortably, access reliable transportation, and raise a family if they choose.
Guiding Students & Parents
We provide workshops and resources to help students identify their talents and interests, explore career options, and create personalized career plans that lead to fulfilling careers.
Mentorship
Our mentorship program pairs students and recent graduates with dedicated mentors who offer guidance, encouragement, and real-world career insights. Mentors help students navigate challenges and stay focused on their goals.
Access to Essential Career Tools
We offer a comprehensive website with resources that help students:
-
Explore in-demand career fields in the Greater Haverhill area
-
Develop actionable career plans
-
Find living wage job opportunities
Transportation Support
We provide transportation assistance to ensure students and recent graduates can attend training programs, job interviews, and workplaces without barriers.
Community Accountability & Progress Tracking
Every year, we assess student progress, identify challenges, and rally community support to eliminate obstacles. Our commitment is clear: We measure success by the number of students who transition to true living wage jobs.
Our Measure of Success
HP3 has one measure of success: The number of Haverhill public school students who successfully transition to living wage jobs.
Join Our Mission
Together, we can build a stronger community. Whether you’re a student, parent, mentor, volunteer, or donor, you can help us make a difference.
