The BRIDGE Club (Building Relationships & Integrating Dynamic Growth Experiences) is an exciting new workforce development program designed to help high school students discover their passions, develop essential skills, and prepare for success in the workplace.
What is The BRIDGE Club?
In partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Haverhill, HP3 created The BRIDGE Club to empower students ages 13 to 18 with real-world experiences and practical career guidance. This 5-month program is offered twice a year and includes:

Career Discovery & Skills Assessments. Explore your interests and uncover your strengths.

Living Wage Discussions. Learn what it takes to achieve financial independence.

Career Speaker Series & Field Trips. Meet professionals, visit local businesses, and see careers in action.

Financial Education Workshops. Gain valuable money management skills.

Professional Development. Build the confidence and skills needed to succeed in any workplace.

Virtual Reality (VR) Training. Experience immersive learning with Transfr VR simulations in various industries.
Earn While You Learn
Students who complete the program will receive:

A Certificate of Completion recognizing their dedication and growth.
